At Rip The Drop Ltd, we aim to provide genuine products and excellent customer service.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched. Once approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once payment has been made and the order has been processed, unless:

The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

The incorrect item was supplied.

Your statutory consumer rights apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are at our discretion.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to reduced supplier allocations or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
