Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed, packed or dispatched.

Returns
Under UK consumer law, you may have statutory rights to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions.
Returned items must:
Be unused.
Remain unopened and factory sealed (where applicable).
Include all original packaging.
Be returned in a resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Opened Trading Card Products
For authenticity, security and anti-tampering reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened booster packs
Opened booster boxes
Opened starter decks
Opened premium collections
Any product where the manufacturer's seal has been broken
unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
